NO sales tax applied to any purchases delivered outside of Virginia including International purchases.
5% sales tax applied to purchases bought within Virginia.
*Shipping*
Your order will ship to the address you choose during checkout, not to your billing (or PayPal) address. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. Made-to-order items are usually ready to ship within 3 to 5 days (you'll be notified if the item will take longer to make.) For custom orders, a time frame will be provided.
Shipping is provided for a flat rate of $3.50 within the US by First Class Mail (2-9 days) for any number of items in one order. Insurance within the US is included.
International orders ship by Priority Mail Flat Rate and generally arrive within 6-10 days. The cost is $9 to Canada and Mexico, $11 all other locations. Please note that this shipping method does not include insurance. I can ship Express (for an additional charge- please ask for rates and delivery times for your location.)

Orders are shipped in elegant jewelry boxes in a small padded envelope. For orders of multiple items, the pieces can be boxed either together or separately. If no preference is given, I'll decide the best way to package your order.
If you want something wrapped or want a note included, contact me.
*Returns, etc.*
If you are not happy with any item you have purchased, for any reason, You may return it within 14 days of the shipping date for a refund minus the cost of shipping. The item must be returned to me in it's original box or something equally sturdy. If a piece breaks, please contact me. I will gladly repair any of my pieces that don't hold up under normal wear* conditions within 90 days from your purchase. After the 90 days, there may be a small charge. I cannot accept any responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit.
Any item you have special ordered is not returnable.
*Jewelry Care
Jewelry will darken slightly over time due to the natural aging of metals, but a soft polishing cloth will restore the natural luster. I apply a protective coating ito my copper surfaces to preserve the finish. .Also, owing to the hand wrought nature of many of my pieces there will be variations in size and design.

I do our best to have every piece on my web site available to you for immediate shipment, however due to the nature of our product, this is not always possible. If the piece you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, I will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
